Please be aware all prices advertised are a guide only. Prices are subject to change depending on factors such as your dogs behaviour, coat condition, fleas, extra time required or extra products required.

Online Bookings:
All bookings created from our online booking system are pencilled in. Once you have made a booking we will contact you if more information is required and send you information to pay your deposit.
Bookings will not be confirmed until deposit is paid.
The deposit is 50% of the grooming cost, which will be deducted from your total grooming cost.

Cancellations and Late fees:
24hrs notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Fees may apply if less than 24hrs notice is given.

Please give us a call if you are running late to your appointment, we will do our best to work with you.
If you are more than 15minutes late to your appointment or you do not show up, your appointment will be cancelled, forfeiting your deposit.

Dropping off and Picking up your dog:
If you are needing to leave your dog for longer than their allotted grooming time this must be arranged prior to your appointment and fees may apply.
Please be aware dogs cannot be taken outside to toilet during their stay.

Photos and video:
We may take photos or video of your dog before, during or after their groom. These may be used for advertising or social media. If you do not want your dog photographed or filmed please let us know.

We reserve the right to deny services for any reason and at any point during services.
