Can I exchange or get a refund?
If you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify it for you.
We do not offer exchange or refunds on personalised or custom products.
If you believe that your item is faulty please send us an email with your concerns along with your order number and photo of faulty item and we will assess.
What's the turnaround and shipping time?
