When did you start grooming? 2021

Why did you get into grooming?

I started grooming because I absolutely love working with all types of dogs and I love transforming their styles. It's so rewarding building trusting relationships with them and making them feel good and comfortable.

When did you start at Clippd? Dec 2024

Why did you choose to work at Clippd?

I wanted to be surrounded by amazing groomers and be included in a great team.

What do you love about working at Clippd?

I love how connected our team is and the whole team inspires me so much. I learn so much from them.

What do you love about grooming?

I love that grooming is really a form of artwork and I can express my grooming style through my grooms.

What are your grooming goals?

To keep evolving as a groomer and being able to groom all breeds with confidence. I'd love to continue to improve my skills in handstripping and I would love to earn more awards for my work.

What grooming achievement are you most proud of?

I am proud of myself in that I am always excited to learn new things and better my skills, and I am so proud of how far I have come since I started grooming.

What dog/s do you own?

Marlo the Mini Dachshund.

What breed of dog do you want to own and why?

I hope to own a Poodle as they have such a versatile coat, you can do anything with their grooming.

What is your favourite breed to groom and why?

I love grooming Oodles as I am confident in my teddy styles but I also love working with Schnauzers. I love double coat grooms as they are so satisfying to deshed.

What is your favourite pet name you have heard?

Nino and Marlo, I used Marlo for my little Daschund and I am saving Nino for when I get a big dog.

What is your favourite grooming tool?

Slicker brush and comb, you can't get an amazing groom without amazing prep work! I also love my thinning scissors for finishing off and creating a seamless finish.

What kind of grooming do you specialise in?

Oodles with Teddy Styles and Double coat desheds.

What are some of your grooming achievements/awards?

2023:

Big Day Out for Dogs, 2nd place Salon Styling and Peoples Choice Award.

2025:

The Pet Show Grooming Competition, 2nd place Salon Styling.
