When did you start grooming? 2019

Why did you get into grooming?

I always loved animals and grooming was something I tried out and fell in-love with.

When did you start at Clippd? 2023

Why did you choose to work at Clippd?

I wanted to be a part of a great team with the support to grow my skills.

What do you love about working at Clippd?

The team, the wonderful clients and their amazing pups.

What do you love about grooming?

Meeting and building relationships with the dogs and clients. I love the trust we build as groomers with the dogs we see regularly.

What are your grooming goals?

I'd like to work on refining my scissoring skills and finishes on the dogs coat. My goal is always to have the dogs leaving relaxed and confident.

What grooming achievement are you most proud of?

Winning Best In Group for Salon Styling.

What dog/s do you own?

Rafa the Labrador and Petals the Husky.

What breed of dog do you want to own and why?

A Shiba Inu because of their aloofness and dramatic antics, they're always entertaining.

What is your favourite breed to groom and why?

Mini Schnauzers, they were the first breed style I learnt to do and I just love their personalities.

What is your favourite pet name you have heard? Lady.

What is your favourite grooming tool?

Kate Smith Signature curved Scissors.

What kind of grooming do you specialise in?

I specialise in Teddy Styling, Schnauzers and Arctic breeds.

What are some of your grooming achievements/awards?

2022:

The Pup Cup Brisbane, 1st place Salon, 2nd place Terrier and Best In Show Novice.

2023:

Melbourne Royal Show, 2nd place Poodle and 3rd place Salon Styling.

Brisbane Groomathon, 3rd place Poodle.

2024:

Dogs Big Day out, 1st place Open Salon Styling and Best In Group Salon Styling.

Ausgroom, 2nd place Terrier and 3rd place Salon Styling.

2025:

Furtastic Grooming Show, 3rd place Terrier.
